Do you have a physical store?

No, we don’t currently have a physical store — we operate exclusively through our online shop.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Do you ship outside Greece?

Yes, we ship across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Are all your cards authentic?

Absolutely. All products are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG items, sourced from trusted suppliers.

Can I sell you my own cards?

Yes — you’ll soon be able to sell your cards to us! Our card-buying service is coming very soon, allowing you to send us photos and details for evaluation and an offer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours at info@pokegreco.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. (Click here to read our Refund Policy)

Will you add more TCG games to your website?

In the future, it’s very likely that we will introduce additional TCG products, with One Piece being the first priority.
